Standard shipping is free on orders over $45.

A $5.99 flat shipping fee applies to orders $45 or under.
Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 7 to 20 business days.
Please note that delivery times for pre-order or backordered items may vary depending on availability and inbound schedules.
Shipping Areas
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States.
Certain items may be excluded from shipping due to one or more of the following reasons:

Classification as hazardous or restricted materials

Oversized or non-standard packaging requirements

Delivery to P.O. Boxes or remote locations not supported by our carriers
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We select the most appropriate shipping carrier for your order based on the destination, package size, and contents. Our goal is to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Split Shipments
While we strive to ship all items in one package, some orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations and may arrive in separate shipments.
Each shipment will generate a separate confirmation email with tracking details.
Address Changes
You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement and re-submit it with the correct shipping address.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, no address changes can be made.

Orders canceled more than one hour after placement may incur return shipping and handling fees.

If an incorrect address is submitted at checkout and results in a failed delivery or lost package, the customer assumes full responsibility. Artcilux does not offer replacements or refunds in such cases.

If you receive the wrong product, or an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@artcilux.us so we can resolve the issue promptly.
